What the fee includes

• A structured history covering cycles, symptoms, previous treatment and medical background
• A line-by-line review of the reports you send in advance
• An explanation of the likely diagnosis in plain language
• A written plan naming the recommended pathway, the investigations that matter and the ones that do not
• An honest view of what the pathway can and cannot be expected to achieve

What it does not include

• Laboratory tests, ultrasound or imaging, which are billed by the facility performing them
• Medicines, which are purchased from a pharmacy at prevailing rates
• Procedures at Apollo Fertility, which are billed by the hospital under its own tariff
• Any third-party service such as counselling or nutrition support arranged separately

Why treatment is not priced on this page

The cost of an IVF cycle depends on the stimulation medicines and dose your ovaries need, the number of monitoring scans, whether ICSI, freezing or genetic testing are involved, and the hospital charges on the day. Two patients of the same age can differ substantially. A menopause pathway is usually far simpler, but still depends on which investigations are clinically justified for you. Publishing a headline figure would mean quoting a number that has to be corrected later, which is why every estimate here is itemised after assessment instead.

Insurance

Cover differs by insurer and by policy. Many Indian policies exclude assisted reproduction while covering diagnostic surgery or the treatment of complications, and menopause consultations and investigations are sometimes reimbursable. Check your policy wording, and ask for an itemised estimate that can be submitted to your insurer.
